Orders placed and then cancelled before shipping will be refunded 95% of the order total. This covers the 2.5% charged by the credit card company at the time order is placed and the 2.5% they also charge us when the refund is done.
Orders placed,shipped and returned will be refunded 90% of the product cost and will exclude shipping cost.

We do not take returns or make refunds for tarps that have been opened. If you open the tarp and discover you ordered the wrong size we will not except return of the tarp. We suggest you measure before you purchase.
