1" Metal Fittings

Key Features

1" EMT Conduit Compatible: These connectors are designed to perfectly fit 1-inch EMT conduit, ensuring a secure and stable frame for your projects. The outer diameter of the pole is 1.163" and the inner diameter is 1.255". 

Versatile Roof Pitches: Choose from fittings that accommodate low peak (12-degree roof pitch) or high peak (30-degree roof pitch) constructions. We also carry flat (90-degree) fittings for a variety of applications.

Galvanized Steel with Durable Silver Zinc Finish: Most of our 1" fittings feature a silver zinc finish for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.

Specialty Fittings Available:

  • Center Pole Fittings: Perfect for wider canopies requiring additional support.
  • Reinforced Double Horizontal Bar Fittings: Enhance the stability of larger structures.
  • Ts, Ls, Splicers and Foot Pads: Expand and reinforce any structure.

Sizing Information: Note that 1" EMT Conduit has an inside measurement of 1" and an outside diameter of 1 3/16". Ensure you have the correct size; if the outside diameter measures almost 1", you likely have 3/4" EMT instead. This fitting is designed to go over and be used with 1" electrical metallic tubing (EMT) conduit. 

 Equipped with eyebolts : These make it possible for the fittings to be tightened down, insuring a secure fit.
